CookArt is the trading name used for this online store.

Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the CookArt online store and are available free of charge before an order is placed.

The customer must actively accept these Terms & Conditions at checkout. The accepted policy version is 2026-07-17-p24-resubmission, and the store records the version and acceptance time with the order.

Products, prices, and availability

Product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, sizes, prices, and availability are presented on the storefront. Customers should check the product label before use, particularly for allergens, dietary restrictions, storage instructions, and use-by or best-before dates.

Prices are stated in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the total amount due are shown before the order is placed. Product availability may change before the order is accepted.

Orders and conclusion of the contract

The customer places an order by completing checkout, confirming the order details, accepting these terms, and selecting the Place order button. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; the sales contract is concluded when CookArt confirms that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

CookArt may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, the supplied information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, or an obvious pricing or stock error occurred. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be returned without undue delay.

Payment

Customers may use a payment method displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed through Przelewy24; available banks, cards, wallets, or other methods are presented on the secure Przelewy24 payment page. Pay on delivery may also be offered where shown at checkout.

An online order remains awaiting payment until CookArt receives and independently verifies the payment confirmation from Przelewy24. CookArt does not store full card or online-banking credentials.

Order fulfilment and delivery timeline

Order fulfilment deadline: CookArt delivers accepted orders to the customer within 24 hours of order confirmation using the delivery method and address selected at checkout.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order. If the 24-hour deadline cannot be met because of incomplete details, customer-requested changes, events outside CookArt's reasonable control, or another agreed arrangement, CookArt will inform the customer without undue delay and preserve all rights available under applicable law.

Cancellation and statutory withdrawal

To request cancellation before delivery, contact cookartpolska@zeuglobal.com as soon as possible. If fulfilment can be stopped, CookArt will confirm cancellation. If delivery cannot be stopped, the statutory withdrawal rules below apply where available.

A consumer who concludes a distance contract generally has 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw without giving a reason. A clear withdrawal statement may be sent by email or post before the deadline. The consumer then returns the eligible product within 14 days after notifying CookArt.

Withdrawal exceptions for food and sealed goods

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life.

The right may also be excluded for goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for health-protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been opened. An exception is applied only where its legal conditions are met; selling food does not by itself remove all consumer withdrawal rights.

Return address, returns and refunds

Return address: Aleja Najświętszej Maryi Panny 9, 42-200 Częstochowa, Poland. Eligible returns must be sent to this address. For a withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct return cost unless CookArt agrees otherwise. CookArt bears legally required complaint-related return or collection costs for goods not in conformity with the contract.

Following a valid withdrawal, CookArt refunds payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. CookArt may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the consumer supplies proof of return, whichever occurs first. The same payment method is used unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost.

CookArt provides no additional voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange right beyond mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints and goods not in conformity

Complaints may be submitted to cookartpolska@zeuglobal.com or Aleja Najświętszej Maryi Panny 9, 42-200 Częstochowa, Poland. Include contact details, the order number where available, a description of the issue, when it was noticed, and the requested remedy. A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase, and photographs may help but are not mandatory.

Where goods are not in conformity with the contract, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. CookArt responds to a consumer complaint within 14 days after receiving it. If CookArt does not respond within that period, the complaint is treated as accepted where applicable law so provides.

Personal data and final provisions

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the information made available before purchase.

Polish law applies without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
