Using the storefront
These terms apply when you browse the CookArt storefront, add products to your basket, or place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Products and availability
CookArt sells grocery, spice, pantry, and related food products. Product images and descriptions are provided to help customers choose, but packaging, availability, ingredients, and prices may change.
Customers should always check the product packaging before use, especially for allergens, dietary restrictions, storage instructions, and best-before dates.
Orders and acceptance
An order is submitted when you complete checkout. CookArt may accept, reject, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery details are incomplete, or a pricing or stock error occurs.
If CookArt cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Prices, payment, and delivery
Prices are shown in Polish zloty unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before checkout is completed.
Delivery timelines are estimates. CookArt is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete customer details, carrier issues, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
CookArt does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or unwanted products.
Mandatory consumer rights and legal guarantees are not excluded. Defective, damaged, incorrect, cancelled, or legally protected cases are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Liability
CookArt is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed, or for indirect business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Contact and changes
CookArt will publish a support contact before live order handling begins.
CookArt may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the storefront applies when an order is placed.
